Have doubts about the program content or need guidance on overcoming roadblocks while scaling your career? We’ve got you covered. Every week the mentor will come LIVE and answer any question you throw at him LIVE.Not only you can learn from your mentor but you can learn from other experts too!

On-Demand Content

We know coming LIVE daily to learn can be difficult. Hence we have created the on-demand video track where you can learn the most important concepts required by spending the least amount of time. Study the video content at your pace and then come up with your doubts weekly to get them answered in the Q&A session.

Jamming & Networking Sessions

Learning alone online can be boring & difficult. Venky Hariharan

Design Manager at Onething Design

Venky Hariharan is a design manager at Onething Design Studio and has worked with several brands, including Royal Enfield, Coca-Cola, Airtel, boAt, TVS and many more. With over 8 years of experience in the design industry, his creativity and attention to detail are unparalleled and he has been recognised for his outstanding work by receiving several awards and nominations.

In his role as a design manager, Venky is responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from ideation to execution. He works closely with his team of designers, providing them with guidance and feedback to ensure that the end product is in line with the brand's vision.

Venky's experience working with multiple brands has given him a unique perspective on the design industry. He has seen firsthand how different brands approach design and has been able to adapt to different design styles to meet the needs of his clients.

Frequently asked questions

Are there any prerequisites for this program?
This program does not have any formal prerequisites. Just bring yourself and your hunger to learn!
When do the live group calls & guest sessions happen?
The live group calls will be held every weekend. The entire program schedule will be communicated during the onboarding call.
What if I can’t make the live sessions?
Growthschool's UX Research & Strategy program is designed to work with your schedule.

We strongly encourage you to attend the Live Kickoff call in March to receive the complete schedule of the program. We also encourage you to attend other live calls, but none of these are compulsory. You will receive the recordings of every live session that happens as part of the program

The major thing you miss out on when absent is the “Breakout Rooms”, where fellow industry insiders share feedback & engage in discussions in limited-size Zoom rooms.

Of course, you can always watch the session recordings and participate in discussions or leave your feedback on our community forum.
How much access do I get to the mentors?
We can’t promise that our mentors will reply to every single message, but they’ll be active during the live sessions and answer any doubts/queries you raise then. You can also approach them for feedback during this time.
How much time can I expect to spend on the program each week?
At least 3-4hours per week, for the 10 weeks of the program.

This program is a sprint, and you’ll be asked to execute things as well. The live sessions will be 90 minutes long.

They’ll take place in the evenings (IST). We also offer bonus Guest workshops and Jamming Sessions throughout the program.
What’s included with the program?
With your tuition, you’ll have lifetime access to all the pre-study material, recordings of the live cohort sessions, guest sessions, and a private online community where you can interact with your batchmates.

You’ll retain access to the program materials and community indefinitely after the program ends.
When will I get my GrowthSchool Certificate?
Individuals who successfully complete 80% of the course work i.e. cover all learning modules & project submissions are eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion from GrowthSchool.
